This session will give us an Introduction to Mindfulness. This will include the benefits of Mindfulness, the differences between informal and formal Mindfulness practices and some tips for everyday Mindfulness. This session will also incorporate a short relaxing Mindfulness of Breath exercise.

About Lindsey

Lindsey Barrell is a Sensory Support Officer for Deafblind UK and is also a trained Mindfulness teacher and reiki and NLP practitioner. Lindsey has been teaching Mindfulness since 2016 and delivers weekly guided Mindfulness meditation sessions online.
