Deafblind NI Belfast support Group outing to Ballycastle

Here’s our Engagement Officer for Belfast, James McVicker, giving an account of the Belfast Deafblind Support Group’s recent outing to Ballycastle:

On Monday 17th of Sept The Belfast DB Support Group had an outing to the Beautiful coastal town of Ballycastle.

We got a bus up from Belfast and had lunch at The Marine Hotel. We had great service and lots of laughter! We were able to look out on the rugged coastline whilst enjoying our fine dining!

Although the weather was changeable, some of us did risk a walk down to the sand and over to Pan’s Rock. We were rewarded with a refreshing breeze and fantastic views! We then jumped back on the bus and returned to Belfast.
