Take a daily digi-break with us!

We all know that too much time looking at a screen and using headphones is not good for our eyes and ears. So why not make 2021 the year to do something about it?

Join us and take a daily digi-break to give your eyes and ears a break from all that tech. It doesn’t have to be long, just a 20 minute break from your screen will give your eyes a rest – but the longer you can afford, the better.

Just think what you could do during this time; walk the dog, bake a cake, learn a dance routine… whatever you do, don’t forget to take a photo and tag us on social media.
