Practical Support
Sight and hearing loss can make everyday activities, like shopping or catching up with friends, very difficult. This can be frustrating, especially if you are used to a more independent lifestyle.
There are lots of ways that we can support you to do the things you want to do and to be as independent as you want to be.
Emotional Support
Living with sight and hearing loss can leave you feeling lots of different things. Sometimes, the physical challenges of doing everyday activities might leave you feeling overwhelmed or exhausted. You might feel sad or upset about having sight and hearing loss, and communication difficulties might leave you feeling lonely. Perhaps you care for someone who is deafblind and are finding it difficult.
All of this is completely normal, that’s why we’re here. There are lots of ways that we can help you to feel more like ‘you’ and to give you the confidence to do the things you want to do.
Help with Technology
Make the most of technology to help you be as independent as possible. From magnification to voice recognition, we can show you how to make the most of the gadgets you’ve already got or how to use specialist accessibility software.

Holidays
We all need a break sometimes, but we know that for some, staying away from home is not that easy. Our two self catering caravans provide a home from home break at heavily discounted rates.
