Mental health services

We offer free, one-to-one counselling sessions for anyone living with sight and hearing loss, or caring for someone who does. Our dedicated counsellor, Hayley Headington, specialises in the emotional impact of sensory loss. Click here to find out more.

Tackling loneliness together

Your referral could help someone feel more like themselves again.

We know that people living with sensory loss are more likely to become lonely and isolated. Our free Befriending scheme offers people with sight and hearing loss the comfort and support of a friendship by telephone, email, or text.

Support for professionals

If you’re working with people who are deafblind, we’re here to support you too. Whether you’d like advice about local services, practical support, or more structured training, contact us today to find out what’s on offer.
