Take on a spectacular run in the heart of Manchester for Deafblind UK!
With a 10K or a half marathon distance to choose from, tens of thousands of runners take to the streets of Manchester to take on the city’s most loved run each year. And in true Mancunian style, it’s a party from start to finish, with a high-energy soundtrack, live music and entertainment zones at every turn, plus, some of the loudest and most enthusiastic local support we’ve seen anywhere in the UK.
The Great Manchester Run 10k and half marathon events start on Portland Street, near the junction with Oxford Street, and both races finish on Manchester’s iconic Deansgate. Check out the route maps for more information. Check out the full route here.

Already have a place in the AJ Bell Great Manchester Run?
If you have your own place in the Great Manchester Run 2026, we’d love you to run in aid of Deafblind UK! There’s no registration fee or fundraising commitment (simply raise what you can), and you’ll receive the same great level of support from our dedicated team. Every £25 raised for your challenge could provide another hour of specialist wellbeing support for someone who is deafblind.
