Hike under the moonlit sky to the summit of Britain’s highest peak
Beginning in the beautiful Glen Nevis, right in the heart of the Scottish highlands, this spectacular challenge will see you and fellow fundraisers trekking to the top of Ben Nevis (1,344 m)….at night!
This challenge will test your physical and mental limits but you will be fully supported all the way by experienced Mountain Leaders. Then, revel in your achievement at the finish line with a hearty celebration breakfast.
Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or just looking for your next big challenge, the sense of achievement will be the same; knowing you’ve raised vital funds to support people with deafblindness will leave you smiling all the way back down!
What’s included?
- Full challenge management before, during and post event
- Experienced and fully-qualified Mountain Leaders
- Access to support materials, training notes and fundraising advice
- Exclusive discounts on kit with Charity Challenge partners
- Medal and celebratory breakfast when you complete the challenge
Fundraising options:
With £3 million needing to be raised each year to fund Deafblind UK’s full range of services, the difference your support makes cannot be overstated. Every £25 that you raise could pay for another hour of specialist wellbeing support for someone who is deafblind.
Once you’ve decided to take on Ben Nevis at night, there are two ways to fund your challenge:
- Minimum Sponsorship – Pay a £40 registration fee when you book. Then, raise a minimum of £345 for Deafblind UK.
- Self-funder – Pay a £40 registration fee when you book. Then, pay a balance of £169 (5 weeks before your challenge) and simply raise as much as you can for Deafblind UK!
