Useful apps for people with hearing loss

If you have hearing loss, these apps might help you to navigate your phone and make calls more easily:

TapSOS

TapSOS allows you to contact the emergency services by tapping on a series of visual icons without having to speak on the phone. This app is available for purchase from the App Store and Google Play Store.

Relay UK

The Relay UK app links your phone number with Relay UK to provide a text connection in parallel with any phone calls you make. This free app is available for download from the Apple Store, Google Play Store or Microsoft Store.

Live Transcribe

Live Transcribe provides instant, real-time captioning for people with hearing loss to have conversations more easily. This is a free app, available for download from the Google Play Store.
