I am delighted to be organising this fundraising activity in aid of Deafblind UK and I agree to adhere to any and all relevant health and safety rules and regulations, and to be compliant with any laws that apply to this activity. I, nor anyone involved, will not do anything that is likely to harm the charity's reputation and will seek approval from Deafblind UK before creating and using materials to advertise this activity. I understand that any fundraising equipment I borrow must be returned to Deafblind UK after the activity, and that due to location and availability, it may not be possible for a representative to attend my event.
