Join the Winter Wellness 100 virtual challenge and stay active and healthy this winter.

Beating the winter blues just got easier with Deafblind UK's Winter Wellness 100 challenge. Between 1st December and 31st January, you're invited to take on a personal challenge based around the number 100 and make a difference for deafblind people across the UK.

Simply decide the timeframe you want to achieve your challenge in, and get started!

Raise at least ยฃ100 through your challenge to receive a Deafblind UK sports t-shirt, cotton t-shirt or running vest - your choice!

Deafblind UK has been supporting people affected by dual sensory loss since 1928. So, what better way to celebrate nearly a century of service than setting our challenge around this incredible milestone.
