Run the rainbow and get covered in colour!
The Deafblind UK Rainbow Run is back on Sunday 6 September 2026! And, this year the inclusive family-friendly event is set to be an even bigger explosion of colourful fun!
Join the party atmosphere alongside hundreds of fellow fun runners, jogging, walking or wheeling their way around a 5K or 3K challenge.
Along the way, you will pass through bursting clouds of colour at each of our seven colour zones before reaching the finish line as a multi-coloured masterpiece!

Colour Zones

There'll be red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple and pink powder paint stations to make sure you reach the finish line covered in colour!
We’ll have team of volunteers who will be throwing big plumes of powder at you as you go by. The paint is 100% biodegradable and non-toxic. It is made from food grade cornstarch, but please do not eat it. Wearing sunglasses or goggles is recommended as you make your way through each colour zone, for your eye comfort. Our Paint Squad will be directed to throw paint from the shoulders down!
Warning: you will get covered!

All money raised from the Deafblind UK Rainbow Run will go directly to supporting deafblind children and adults to thrive and lead the lives they want.
Here's how the money you raise can help:
£20 could enable us to provide an assistive technology drop-in session, helping deafblind children to access the information they need to thrive.

£50 could provide a deafblind awareness session, educating teachers and students about the ways they can support those who are deafblind in their school.
£100 could enable us to answer 20 more calls to our free Deafblind UK helpline.
