I confirm that I wish to participate in Swim Serpentine 2026 in aid of Deafblind UK. I confirm that all the information provided by me in this form is to the best of my knowledge true and correct. I understand that if any information provided by me in this form is found to be false, I risk withdrawal from the event. By taking a Deafblind UK charity place, I pledge to raise at least £250 for Deafblind UK, with at least with at least 25% (£62) raised before 01/07/2026, otherwise I risk withdrawal from the event. I agree that my participation is not confirmed until I register on Let's Do This. I agree to Deafblind UK using my name and any footage or photographs taken during my participation in any future promotional material.
