Why your support matters

For a child or young person who is deafblind, everyday experiences can bring extra challenges. But with understanding, encouragement and the right specialist support, so much becomes possible.

Our Children and Young People service works alongside 0-25 year olds and their families to give them:

  • A chance to communicate - Discover new ways to express themselves and connect with the people around them.
  • A chance to connect - Build relationships, share experiences and feel less isolated.
  • A chance to grow in confidence - Develop skills and feel more confident navigating everyday life.
  • A chance to discover what they can do - Explore opportunities, develop independence and enjoy new experiences.

Your support can help make those possibilities a reality. Every raffle ticket you buy helps Deafblind UK continue to stand alongside children, young people and families living with deafblindness.
