Technology support

Our technology support service teaches you to make the most of technology to help you be as independent as possible. From magnification to voice recognition, we can show you how to make the most of the gadgets you’ve already got or how to use specialist accessibility software.

You might be surprised at just how much your mobile phone or tablet can do for you. Before long you’ll be sending emails, checking the weather, using catch up TV and radio and much more!

We can help you to:

  • Connect with friends and family
  • Do online shopping and banking
  • Discover specialist apps

Technology Support Drop-in Surgery (1st and 3rd Friday of each month)

Drop into our Friday Zoom sessions for on-the-spot tech support.

If you’ve got a specific tech problem or question then come along and we’ll try to find a solution there and then. If we can’t fix it on the spot, we’ll arrange for you to have some more in depth support another time.

These sessions will be held every 1st and 3rd Friday of each month, between 2pm – 4pm.

No need to register, just drop in when you need us!
