Which web browser should I use?

For the best possible experience, we recommend using the Chrome web browser to attend the convention.

Accessibility information

We want to make sure everyone has a great experience at the Deafblind Convention. BSL interpreters, lipspeakers and captions will be available at all talks on the day. Further information regarding captions is detailed in the next section.

Information about captions

All of the sessions will include captions, but please be aware that factors such as the browser you use and your internet connection can affect the quality of the captions.

If you would like to use captions, detailed advice to help ensure you have the best possible experience is available here.

Will there be time to ask questions of the speakers?

Yes! Lots of our speakers are taking questions after their talks. If you would like to ask a question, please type into the Q&A panel on the right of your screen.

Can I catch up on sessions after the event?

All sessions will be recorded and will be available to watch on demand from 13th October. To access recordings, just log into the event again and select the session you would like to watch. All recordings will be subtitled.
