Living with sight and hearing loss can leave you feeling lots of different things. Sometimes, the physical challenges of doing everyday activities might leave you feeling overwhelmed or exhausted. You might feel sad or upset about having sight and hearing loss, and communication difficulties might leave you feeling lonely. Perhaps you care for someone who is deafblind and are finding it difficult. All of this is completely normal, that’s why we’re here. There are lots of ways that we can help you to feel more like ‘you’ and to give you the confidence to do the things you want to do.
